I really liked this; not sure how to explain it, but something to do with the short, aggresive (in a way) sentences that really created that atmosphere of Nimueh's wrath... you know, that dark, formidable sort of presence? Kinda making sense?

anyway. interesting route you took from the prompt, but I like how the idea of Nimueh's pride expanded to this reflection. I'd say your hard work's turned out well ;)
