Sorry for the intrusion.. just stumbled across this whilst googling..

and was very pleasantly surprised. The first time I've seen a band that actually put on a show (of the sort that doesn't rely on whizzy lighting) for, hmmm, a very very long time

Thanks.. glad you enjoyed the show :)
The only downside with being huge 20 years earlier is that I'd be even older still... oh well :)

Didn't anyone warn you of the danger of gratuitous googling?! ;) (she says, feeling relieved she wrote something non-horrid in an accidental non-friends posst - meep!)

Interesting conundrum that though, would you swap 20 years of being aged for X many years of successful SBA?.....

Well, I guess we all get there in the end.. and it takes as much time either now or then.. (going far too quickly, either way!)

So, yes, I'd take the raging success, the inappropriate hairstyles, movie soundtracks, chateau in Bognor Regis.. and eventual sell-out 2005 reunion tour :)

It was the news that we wouldn't be allowed cars on site that clinched it :/. I only made th edecision for definite on the Thurs morning - up till then had been packing
It was a very weird feeling not being there indeed, not missed one for what - about a decade? Reading the posts on the Bears boards I think I made the right decision though, even if people did generally seem to have a jolly time
