There are actually two little scenes in "Lancelot and Guinevere" (2x04):
One at ~ 16:43, and the other at ~ 18:45.

Hi there :)

I thought of some other moments.

1x13 "Le Mort D'Arthur" two moments: 21:22 when Nimueh provokes rain to fill the Cup of Life and 41:25 on, when he defeats Nimueh and brings Gaius back to life.

2x08 "The Sins of the Father" one moment: 25:12 when he crosses the waterfall on horseback.

2x13 "The Last Dragonlord" one moment: 10:20 on, when Merlin and Arthur arrive to the inn.

Sorry for the double post. I just remembered that at the very end of 1x07 "The Gates of Avalon" Merlin can be seen soaking as well ;)
