14 Days of Love Valentine's Fest:
Hello, multis! To celebrate valentine's day we're having a bit of a love fest and running a couple of challenges. On the day itself we'll have a party post, but for the next two weeks we're hoping to get as much fic and as many graphics made for as many pairings as possible.
Fic challenge!
The challenge is to write a 'three people ____ loved' fic, in the style of the 'five times' type of fic ('five times arthur fell off his horse'; 'five times Gwen kissed Gwaine' etc).
If you would like to take part, leave a comment stating which character you will be writing about ('three people Morgana loved', 'three people Gaius loved' etc), write the fic and post it to the comm before Febuary 17th in order for us to include it in our masterlist.
+A character cannot be claimed twice, so if someone else has already posted a comment saying they will write 'three people Arthur loved' you cannot; however you can claim another character and have one of the characters that person loves in your fic be Arthur.
+Only one character per author - (so you cannot say that you will write 'three people Freya loved' AND 'three people Uther loved'). If you finish and post your fic THEN you can pick another character but only if they have not already been claimed.
+There is no minimum or maximum wordcount and the fic may be any rating.
+You may post your fic anywhere else you choose as long as you post it to merlin_multis first, mention that the fic is for our challenge and link back to the comm in your notes.
Graphics challenge!
Leave a comment with the title of a song and a pairing you feel is suited to this particular song. Graphic makers can then reply to a comment claiming the prompt and can go off and create a graphic (or a series of icons) for the pairing inspired by the song, which can then be posted to the comm.
The hope is that by the end of the challenge, we will have created an array of graphics and also a great big multi-shipper playlist which we will post in the master post of graphics on February 17th.
+Graphics can be anything from justa pretty big of artwork to headers, desktops and icons, or a combination of all three. If you are going to create icons, however, you should post a minimum of five inspired by the song.
+You may claim your own song prompt if you want.
+You may not claim more than one prompt at a time - if you complete and post one piece of artwork you may go and claim another prompt.
+You may post whatever you create wherever else you like as long as you post it to merlin_multis first and link back to the comm in your notes.
