well once you've uploaded the image to the likes of photobucket or tinypic you can either direct link or use the code:

[img src="HEREGOESYOURLINK"]

switch the [ for < and the ] for >

And in case you are having trouble getting the screenshot (been there :)...use prt scr function on your keyboard and then paste into MS Paint or something like that and then save as a jpg file. Then follow lyd's great instructions...
