I warn you this is going to be long because I'm a challenge addict and I know so many AWESOME challenges I can't get enough of :D.

1. Disney-fy Merlin
Fanfic challenge, put characters from Merlin into any cheesy Disney fairytale story. Make it cracky, make it corny - whatever tickles your fancy.

2. New character
Put together a little graphic like THIS for example (can have other things on it - instead of 'Title' a 'Profession' or 'Occupation' i.e. physician, warlock, prince or the like). Just invent a new character. To earn additional points members can write a little biography (as many words as they like), make a picspam, write a drabble about their character.

3. Icons inspired by wordsAP posts some words (Merlin related or not, doesn't matter) and members have to pick any words they like and make inspired graphics out of it and earn points. But they have to be related to the word somehow (i.e. if the word 'fire' is an inspiration your icon has to be red or there has to be fire in it). 1.☺ The characters tell it like it is. Everyone gets to respond as the character. Sort of like the discussions but with the questions of the discussions posted to the characters. Like for example " Merlin what do you think of insert topic here" and everyone from each team does their best Merlin respose. If not Merlin, parsay, their heads of household. Like "What are your thoughts on Magick?" Then you'd have Morgana nad Arthur answering too, as well as Merlin ( ... )

Ok, here are my suggestions:

1. Challenge title: Cover my book/dvd/cd
Description: I thought about making a cover for a book, because I already had this challenge at one of my own challenge communities. I provided a PNG/PSD file and the users could make an own cover under a special theme (a special tv show, a special character, a special genre - drama, romantic etc.). If a book cover is too much than a dvd or cd cover could be cool, too.

2. Challenge title: 20in20 icon challenge
Description: I don't know if this is a good idea, but there are so many people here I know from 20in20 challenges where you have 20 days time to make 20 icons to different themes (10 icons for themes - f.e. hurt, happy, laughing etc., 5 icons for a special category - f.e. rainbow [you must 5 icons in the colours of the rainbow], one shoot [from one photo shoot] etc. and 5 icons you want). I also have seen there are 20in30 challenges (means: 10 days more for making the icons).

3. Challenge title: Haiku/poems
Description: You must write a Haiku or poem to a ( ... )
