Merlin cursed to do what Arthur says

I read this fic a few months ago and loved it and now I can't find it no matter what I search.

Someone curses Merlin so he has to do anything Arthur tells him to. Like Ella Enchanted style where his body takes over and he's basically hypnotized until the task is finished.  This causes Merlin to accidentally reveal his magic, and Arthur tells him

Found it! It took awhile, because it turns out the curse is actually on Arthur. But I knew it was out there somewhere.
