Looking for reincarnation fic where Merlin has a lodge? large building of some kind at least

I read this fic ages ago, and all i remember was that it was Immortal Merlin and he owned a lodge? shop? historical museum? of some kind, I beleive by lake avalon. Arthur returns and Im pretty sure Merlin was very clingy and had mental health struggles because he had waited so long and was afraid Arthur would die/leave. I could be mixing that up
