I highly recommend Finding Forgiveness for #1 if you haven't read it already. I personally interpret Arthur as autistic (YMMV) in that fic, even though it's not stated outright, but either way it's absolutely lovely and one of my all-time favourite stories in the fandom.

Guard and Keep You is one of my favourite ones. I'm not sure Arthur counts as autistic (I'm allistic and don't know enough about the spectrum of autism to judge it) but he's basically like Arthur Without His Will from Season 4. If you don't mind the self-rec, I podficced this.
