Deletions of Found Items

I was wondering if people could edit their posts to say "Found" (or not), rather than deleting them. When the description of a story interests me I often go back to see if it's been found, or what has been recced, and it's very sad to see the request has been deleted.

Absolutely agree on this. I often use this as a sort of unofficial recs site.
