I spent 6 months working as a "Help Desk" technician. Many think these are made up, but I can tell you from my own experience, I would have calls like this a couple times a week. If you have ever worked in tech support you know what I'm talking about.

I had to develope super control. Sometimes I would have them reboot their computer, just so I could put the phone on mute and laugh my ass off. ;)

Ummm, yeah I'd still like this charge taken off my phone. I didn't call that number... My boyfriend did.
