Yes, it is rather ridiculous. For those whom care to know, the Phillip Morris (You know, the company that makes Malboro cigs?) response when doing a cigarette survey, and finding out the person has died is "I'm sorry for your loss. I will update our records accordingly." Isn't that sweet of them?
