Post Campin' Weekend...
So this weekend was completely fun..Weell..I did manage to aggravate my bad knee pretty badly on Saturday with some hiking that turned from light to treacherous thanks to the guys outnumbering the girls. Morning Sunshine...
Feel so damn tired today for some reason. Well actually I probably didn't get enough sleep last night. I get to bed way too late these days. Need to get to sleep at least by 12 midnight and wake up at 7am'ish and not at 7:50am like I have been doing these past few weeks. Anyway...plus my tummy is bothering me this morning too! Blah! -
I can Cook!!
So I decided yesterday after work that not only did I not want to microwave my dinner but I also didn't want some fast food crap either..What's left? Cooking! Went to Krogers grabbed myself some chardonnay, Al Dente Spicy Sesame Fettucine and some tuna fillets marinated in Teriyaki, seemed right to put these together. Ever just felt like wearing you winter coat all day?
That's what I'm feelin right now. And not so much because it's cold, although it is a bit chilly in my office, it's a combination of things. I like the feeling of comfort and cozy, especially on Mundays. I guess that's why it takes soo much effort to get out of a comfy bed on Munday mornings. I love Poppy Seed Muffins..
This was an especially tasty muffin too. It was one of those deluxe muffins you can only get in a bakery. It is soo good. It had this crunchy layer of toasted almond peices on top. Yum! Damn I just got a ton of work done this morning. I rule!
I'm really liking my job here. It's so nice. The drive is a bitch but it's worth it and we'll be moving probably to Lewisville soon anyway...maybe..haven't really decided on a location yet. Anyway, I'm supposed to go out tonite for a friends birthday...to the bars. I'm semi in the mood for it. I rarely like to go out to Fry St. anymore. Kinda feel ( Read more... ) -

Sooo glad it's Friday. Today seems like a very mellow day..even though I do actually have a few work things to do. It's going to be a bit hard working today though. Well..I took a sick day yesterday. I woke up feeling like I hadn't had much sleep even though I had a full 8 hrs..very drowsy. What's great about this place is that whenever I don't or can't come in I can just send everyone a mass email and not have to actually talk to anyone. Soo yeah.
