[This shota can be found wandering the the towns. Searching for some entertainment that he would like to call "books". After all, this place had a... vintage look to it. So there was bound to be a bookstore or two around here, dammit! HE WILL FIND

[Here shota, have a catman rummaging around a pile of books.
Asato doesn't seem to care how he's got them strewn about; he just wants to look through everything and see all the pictures. Anything with small print and no pictures is set off into another pile, but if he finds something with illustrations or photographs, he takes his sweet time paging through, taking in the wealth of new information. He can't claim to understand, but he likes to just see. If the books belong to anyone, they'd probably be rather upset about the mess he's making.

When he looks up there's a face in the window. His fur bristles in surprise and he reflexively tosses down the biology book he was holding, as if wanting to separate himself from responsibility for the pile of books strewn about him.]

[Blinking once at the figure he just saw within the book store. Huh. Who was that...? It couldn't have been anyone hostile, he's sure. So he enters the bookstore to check on who-- or what he just saw.]

Uh... Hey... You don't have to be scared. [He's just a shota with guns, he won't do anything.]

[The ribika lowers his ears and watches him, giving a warning hiss when he deems that the other has come too close. He's more used to the sight of people now, but still isn't fully convinced that he can just up and trust whoever tells him they're trustworthy.]

Do you want books?

[He picks one up and tosses it to him, hoping that's satisfactory.]

[Whoa there, kitty. Jr. keeps a distance from the hissing, yet somehow finds his way through the tower of books so he can catch that book coming toward his direction.]

You betcha. [He smiles.] Thanks!

[Normally, while he would indulge in his book reading, something about the man in front of him intrigues him.] So, what are you? [He wasn't being rude. He honestly just wanted to satisfy his curiosity.]

[There's a dragon wandering down the street. When she hears that, she glances over to the human and blinks a little. Idly, she wanders over to see and ask] What's a bookstore? [Peers through the glass]

[Turning his face toward the direction of that voice. ... Only to find. That there is a dragon talking to him. ... What.]

Whoa... [He hasn't even been here for more than a day, and he's already seeing a talking dragon.] What are you?

I'm a dragon. [Duh. Looks up at him. She's not the tallest of dragons, since she's only young]

[You see. Now you have him even more interested! He gets closer to her and kneels down to get a closer look.] You're pretty cute.

[ Well, this boy seems rather enthusiastic.. Sure, Alice likes books, but she prefers it when there are lots of pictures. Possibly more pictures than actual text, even. But she walks over to him regardless, raising her eyebrows a bit. ]

You seem rather excited over it.

They have one hell of a vintage collection.

[Enthusiastic and happy indeed. Even more so because the collection of books within the bookstore were vintage.]

Vintage? [ She repeats the word, also staring into the bookstore a little. ]

Are those the kind of books you enjoy..?

Yeah. You know, old books. [Jr. mirrors her actions. Staring at the bookstore that didn't seem to be occupied by anyone.] You betcha! It's a hobby of mine.

Guess who runs, doesn't walk, as soon as she recognizes a certain redhead.]

[At the familiar voice, his head twists to see if it really was who he was thinking of!]

Oh! [He thought he was alone here! Definitely relieved to see the pink realian.] Hey Momo!

[She grins, totally just holding herself off from just reaching out and hugging him. She's not exactly sure what's going on, after all!]

Jr., you're really here! How... How did you get here?

[He would welcome the hug! Mostly because he is also resisting the urge to hug her.]

I have no idea. [He really doesn't.] I remember beating up The Red Testament with you guys, and then showng up at this place.

Do you have any idea what's going on, Momo?

[Oz really likes books so he decided to check out the library here. Welp. He notices someone standing in front of a book store enthusiastically and decides to approach him.]

Are you here looking for new books?

[WHAT'S WITH THAT ICON -- Jr. turns his head at the voice beside him. Smiling at the sensed mutuality for books.]

Sure am! What about you?

Me too! I've been looking for something to do around here but I didn't know they had a library! Wow!
