Everyone's gone back to normal now, right? I mean, being a rabbit wasn't the worst thing that could have happened, but I'm definitely glad it's over. Hopping around like that took too long

Er, I...it's fine, I don't think I met a dog when we were changed.

Oh, that's good. I'd feel bad if anything happened. I mean, no, I don't think my dad would have done anything except chase you around for fun, but still...

Well, he was in control of himself, sort of... but I think he was thinking about chasing me, which would have ended badly.

Although I think I prefer being a human, living a rabbit life.. actually wasn't too terrible, in my opinion.

I kind of enjoyed it once I got used to hopping around.

It is a pretty simple life, isn't it? Perhaps that's why it's so nice, just because it's different from being a human..

It is! It really is a lot simpler than being a person, but I don't know if I'd want to be one all the time.

Being a rabbit was really fun! But being human again is pretty great, too.

[And there's Casey the knee-tall salamander by his feet, releasing a glub when he reaches down to pap her head.]

And I get to take care of Casey a lot better, this way!

It was fun being different, but I'm glad I don't have to hop around all the time now.

[She grins at the salamander. Lizards are cool!]

No way! She's my daughter!

[He looks down at her and beams, he is soooo proud of his daughter for existing.]

Her name's Casey.

[Whoaaaah there lady, he didn't get barked at by anyone and he resents your accusations to the contrary! Also he doesn't believe anyone changed into anything, not having been around when it happened and all, so there's that.]

[She just looks at him, a little confused. Unless she was imagining the animals thing, which she doesn't think she was since other people were animals too, she doesn't get how she could be 'nuts'.]

I'm not! People really were changed into animals.

I know it is. Something like that wouldn't happen where I'm from, but it definitely happened here.
