I have been trying to get in touch with Anne Higgins and haven't had any luck. Has anyone been in touch with her lately?

I know I haven't posted in a while. I'm good. Life is good. Just crazy busy. I had a post started, but this came up.

Has been an insanely busy six months, far too busy for comfort. I've decided to go part-time because my mother is only getting older and needs more of my time, but sadly can't manage reducing my hours until after the first of the year because of pending obligations. However, I'm doing well and the kids are fantastic. Son has the summer dream job, working on a ship in the British Virgin Islands for two months (I seem to remember typing my little fingers to the bone in all of my summer jobs!) and my daughter is just killing it at graduate school. All is good. However.

Although I am very much looking forward to Leviosa, I am still hoping that some miracle will happen and that your darling husband will surprise you with a plane ticket and you'll be sitting on by the pool with a cool drink in your hand.

PS, I've always wanted to go on the cognac tasting tour in France. THAT would be fantastic, n'est pas?
