How is your foot?

It's better than I actually thought it would be. I have a check-up in the beginning of June, hopefully the last one. I can walk alright. So had I not needed a visa, I would've just waited for the results of the check-up and then bought the airplane tickets, but since I need one... it's an entirely different story.

ETA: At least, I have no osteoporosis; I had my bones scanned for that today :)

I'm glad you're healing well although still cursing the timing that meant you won't be able to join us this time. But we knew from the start that the visa was the pain in the ass part of it. It did not disappoint.

I've just granted you attendee status. You can let me know when you'll be here when you know. I'd rather have a clear picture now of how many people will be coming than to have a clear picture of exactly who is there when. I will address this is the (thus far nonexistent!) FAQ and the first newsletter.
