The visa is my priority. Without it, I can go to Canada and wave at you from the border ;)

Heeeey! Could you please shoot me an email with your Actual Address™? I'm cruising around VRBO and have seen some properties on Lake Memphremagog that look promising.

Arghhh, it's a bit too early for me, the Orclings won't have finished school yet! BUT I'll look at flights... What's the nearest a) airport and b) international airport?

We are about an hour and a half from Burlington International Airport in Vermont, and about two hours from Montreal International Airport in Canada. Burlington is a small airport (everything in Vermont is small) with no direct flights from the UK, but it does connect to major U.S. cities: New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, and DC.

(Actually, I'm chuckling because we're about ten minutes from the nearest international airport: the Northeast Kingdom International Airport! If you make it over and actually see it, you'll know why I'm laughing. It's tiny and only suitable for little recreational planes, but I suppose people use it to fly back and forth to Canada, so it is technically an international airport. It's name is much bigger than it is.)

I do hope it works out! :)
