Good old Liberals. *pets them* They do okay, when they don't have their heads up their asses.

Ummmmmm what about that part that says they can change anything at anytime without informing anyone?

This is better than nothing..Sorry... but there's virtually nothing our government can do to convince me our arts will be protected.

I assume, or rather I hope, that that bit's knocked out along with empowering the Heritage Minister to create guidelines at all. You can't change content rules if you don't have any.

Remove the right of the heritage minister to refuse tax credits based on "public policy" or to issue guidelines about film content.

I'm thinking it's okay to do the sigh of relief thing? And also that Paul and Sarah and all those guys are probably pretty happy campers about it all (well, okay, so Paul and Sarah aren't campers. They are, however, both pretty, and seem to be fairly happy).

The overall edit on the omnibus might trigger an election, but as long as we don't get a Tory majority out of it that's okay by me!

Is the Harper government liek, the longest minority government ever? I suppose there's stats out there in Google-land, but I'm at work and also am way too lazy to look.

Yeah, I think it looks mostly okay? We'll see what happens.

And no, I don't think they've been here that long.

Two years, though, right? I have no idea if that's long or not, but they seem to have been going on and on and on...
