YAY! And it is not the FBI storyline they had planned for a fourth season if they should have gotten it. That means there are good chances of decent Keith time. :D
I'll believe it when I see it. I mean, no question, I'll be thrilled and wait outside the theater for a ticket if necessary, but if even RT is describing the plot as "broken"...? It's not outside the realm of possibility: Kristen Bell is hot right now, and apparently the Arrested Development movie is happening, so it might be the right time. But it's got to get financed, go through development.
Besides, there's just been too much of this crap before. There was the series reboot, there were rumors of a comics series...
(And honestly, by the third season, I was starting to wonder if RT's idea of what made the show awesome and unique was completely incongruent with my own. Especially by the time of the reboot half-episode, which gave us a Veronica (a) outside of Neptune, and (b) without Keith, or Logan, or Mac, or Wallace, or anyone. *facepalm*)
/wet blanket Nonetheless it's something, and just the merest hint that we'd get to see the characters again makes me gleeful, so: thanks for passing the news along
But yeah, I know what you're saying. Early days! But you never know. And even if it is... not good, I will still see it and of course it isa MOVIE so it's one of those times they HAVE to collect the ensemble again. Just because they do. Law of movies made from TV shows.
I definitely think they'd have to include the main cast, or as much of it as they could assemble, both for movies-from-tv-shows as you say, and because everyone would be happy about working together again and revisiting old characters.
*ponders* You know what would make my year? Bringing it back around to the Lilly Kane storyline again, somehow. I'm not totally sure how you'd do it, because man oh man that would be a lot of backstory to cover, but wow. And Amanda Seyfried's popular these days, too, so that would be a possible selling point.

This makes me happy. I for one love the idea of both Logan and Keith (and hopefully Wallace and Mac and Cliff!!!) all being back.
Happy happy happy.
Thanks for passing it on.
