Not that we got up to much, besides a dinner out and going to see a movie we'd already seen (still good) and putting in our ten bucks on opening weekend so Paul Gross doesn't cry. We also talked about fandom stuff, which is always nice, and non-fandom stuff about which I am a major dork

Hey, I've had my giant microbes for years now. They live together in a happy basket: B. burgdorferi, T. brucei, cold rhinovirus, mad cow prions, flu orthomyxovirus, P. falciparum, Y. pestis, Ebola virus, S. typhi, A. tamarense and S.pyogenes...

The penicillin is very cool, yes. I like the Clostridium perfringens too! I like them all, really. But not so much the insects. Viruses and bacteria and protozoa are more fun. :D

Penicillin is so cute! It looks kind of hopeful, like it wants you to pick it up. If only I weren't deeply allergic. Sigh.

The T4 reminds me of a Jimmy Neutron episode, "Journey to the Center of Carl," where Jimmy's "sick patch" experiment went horribly awry. /nerd
