Avex Entertainment have just earned themselves a spot on the list of companies I really despise, along with Wal-Mart, Disney, and Warner Bros. We lost power around 1 AM Thursday night/Friday morning. The apartment still doesn't have it back, which is why I'm at my grandparents right now. We think the hospice people mentioned my grandfather's condition to the power company and that enabled them to speed the process along, because he says this house only lost power for 6-7 hours ( Read more... )

There is a doozy of a storm due to hit the Seattle area sometime tonight. Said storm may knock out power for a day or two. Umm, I thought I got away from this sort of thing when I left Florida.
