Locking Journal

Does anyone know how I can lock my whole journal? So only I can see it? And selected friends. Or even no one at all? I may just start over. I basically do not want anyone in my offline life seeing it. Something for myself only but I don't know how to go about doing that... any ideas?

The only way I know to do it is by going back to each entry and changing them to friends only, one by one.

I'm not sure if there's actually a faster way.
