Congratulations on being DONE! And just remember - not all of your thesis grade on your transcript is for the actual thesis. Some of it is for meeting the deadlines and going to thesis class/meetings. I barely managed a merited grade, and I still passed the class no problem.

Anyway. YOU NEVER HAVE TO LOOK AT IT EVER AGAIN. YAY!

I was just talking about the paper itself, but good point! I had forgotten about that. I'm sure I did fine in the class.

THANK YOU. (NEARLY) DONE IS RAD AS HELL!!!

CONGRATUFUCKINGLATIONS

FINISHED THESIS = KERMIT ICON

Does Bryn Mawr require a thesis to graduate, or just the English department? Because either way that is pretty fucking wrong. I chose to do mine, which may have been a poor choice but was my decision and not something I had to do or risk leaving without a diploma. blech.

KERMIT ICON AWWW YIIIIIS <3

YUP, DO IT OR RISK NOT GETTING A DIPLOMA. Other departments give you a choice, but English does not, and makes it a year-long rather than one semester thing. I actually tried to get the creative writing department to let me do a creative thesis but it wasn't allowed because I hadn't taken enough classes or something. GOOD TIMES.

Like, it is probably worth at least examining things like: Why our drop out and leave-of-absence rates are so high! Why the counseling center has been overbooked for two months! Why people are always crying in public places! :-/
