The only thing I can think of when I watch the beginning of this episode, when Lexie introduces herself to Meredith, is what a person at Television Without Pity said about that scene.

Let me find it:

"This is so wrong, but when Lexie tells Meredith she's her sister, they look like they're about to kiss. Lexie looks so hopeful and Meredith is panting and looking torn. Wrong, but hilarious."

OH SQUEE!!! I finally got to the end of S3 in my rewatch, and watched 3x24 last night when Lexie hits on Derek. So much lulz.

Squee! When I first saw that scene in 3x24, I didn't like Lexie at all. Now when I rewatch I'm all, "Ooooh, look at you! You are so precious!"

I love their dynamic :) Lexie is such a sweet girl and it's great that slowly Meredith is starting to treat her like a family. I hope that in new season writers won't forget about this thread and will give it some air-time ;)

I love their dynamic too. I appreciate the way their relationship is evolving slowly and it's been amazing to see Meredith warm up to the idea of having a sister. I hope we see more of that in the new season too!
