Unfortunately, I am looking for a potential roommate and I don't think the space would be large enough for 3 people. Thank you though, and I hope your people find a good place!

hah, good priorities. Ditmas Park, $825/mo and utilities, 3rd floor of a nice house... I could give you more specific details later; basically I want to move into a 2-bedroom apartment but the guy living there now wants to move out in Aug and I don't want to be stuck looking at craigslist in 2 mos...
