Grrr!!! So this is the readon Boggs wanted Lou back! He needs her to cut a good figure with some potential political allies!
I still hope Lou will say to Teaspoon where Boggs brought her and how she was treated, so Teaspoon could legally prevent Boggs from taking Lou away again. But things won't be so simple, will they? Because Lou, despite Teaspoon's reassurance is still unable to trust him completely. That's so sad!

I'm not going to complicate things for Lou and Teaspoon. The resolution to this problem will come in the next chapter, which I'm not sure when I'll finish writing.

Well...actually what worries me more is the fact that Lou's trust in Teaspoon is quite fragile, despite his reassurances Lou doubt his intentions. I guess it must pass more time before Lou really start to believe that Teaspoon won't abandon her. And I fear this untrusting nature will cause her more trouble in the future.

Yes... that's why the story is called "Longing to Belong". It is a main theme in the plot.
