I got a funny piece of junk mail from the Navy the other day. So, okay, they're trying to recruit me by offering me money for school, that's nothing new--except this time, they want me for my medical expertise.

It starts: You made it through medical school.And I'm thinking, Wow, really? Neat! Where's my stethoscope
