This is so sad and well-written, I really enjoyed it. I love the idea that Cassie's unfinished business was comforting Nick :'(

I love that her mother arranges for her to be saved in the movie, but this is a great AU. Of course she'd haunt him, look out for him as he blamed himself. Loved the idea of her running down the street screaming and no-one being able to see her and the kiss.
