Blending was a danger zone for some time but then I closed my eyes and just blended randomly *giggle*

erm... I only have the german version of cs2 right now... which hates me :(

how do I desaturate a layer? (that stupid thingy always desaturates all layers)it's probably a stupid question... but I'm still a newbie with this prog.
