[Ballad is doing the whole training thing on his way through the forest! He seems to be adjusting pretty well, and right now he's faced off against a Rattata, with Houndour in pretty good shape. They are both a little scuffed, but Houndour seems to be winning.]

I think it's trying to help... [He looks so unsure about that, though. Hoppip is still hoppip-ing away at his feet.]

But all it does is make noise and bounce around. Not really useful.

Couple weeks. We found it awhile ago when we were training.

[Oh boy! The hoppip perks up and bounces at the 'Gear, eager to see. Ballad has to pick it up, because it keeps trying to hop into his arms anyway.]

I guess it likes being in the battles too. I don't think it really gets what we're doing though.
