At least you didn't actually blow up the kiln. I saw "I literally blew it…" and started worrying about the condition of your garage/Mustang (I assumed you weren't caught in the theoretical explosion, or the tone of the post would be different). In any case, off the subject, we were just thinking of you this morning. I was playing random videos on my computer for Richard, and one of them was your TV interview for Gates of Savannah.

nah, just about 20 small explosions of pieces inside the kiln...you see, gas expands and clay contracts, so wet clay has more sealed spaces and goes BOOM!

That's quite a project!
Bummer about blowing up a bunch of them.
