I like your beliefs very much, and I agree with them.

I am really, really sad (and angry) that you were given such a tainted version of "God" that it is inseparable for you from guilt and shame. That people persist it spreading that poison makes me feel ill. And I am profoundly glad and grateful that you found some kind of way through it.

I like this idea. This is similar to the rules that I have to maintain because I sometimes suffer from hypomanic (possibly manic) episodes, depression, and mixed states. Throughout these states I have to maintain functionality whether I feel like a Greek god, utterly useless, or just agitated. Although most of the rules try to avoid the hazards of poor judgement due to mania and depression, I do have one that isn't along those lines:

1) Things will change, some things will get better, some things will get worse, but instead of fearing change, try to embrace it to get the most positive effects from the change and minimize the negative.
