Cooling breath to beat hot weather

Some of you are getting lovely warm weather so here's a simple yoga breathing (pranayama) exercise called Shitali. This breath cools the body so it is best done in those hot nights when struggling to fall asleep. Zero calories, beats ice cream every time (if you are eying on some lovely bikini...)!
