Yay! The sensation on my right waist seems gone away so I decide to try yoga again tomorrow, this marks the end of my "take it easy" period that lasted 3 days. Without the workout, surely there's lack of motivation in general. so guess I need to stick to my exercise plan to give my life a push!

phelpsicle said he didn't want to be swimming past the age of 30 :( and that if for some reason he was, he wants buzzkill to force him to quit.

it's ok, we've still got a few more years of mp in speedos... breaking world records and doin his thang.

It bugs me a little every time he talks about his retirement, very sure about quitting before 30. I say "never say never". I understand he want to quit at high but no one knows what's happening in few years time.

What is he gonna do? Doubt he'll go back to college (if "lunch" was his favourite subject...). Okay he's rich enough not to work ever again for the rest of his life but is he really gonna play golf everyday? I can't see him managing NBAC full time either, he's got a lot to prove away from the pool (in fact, almost everything!).

Phelpsy if you wanna share your money (and your body) with me, maybe I'll give you tips on spending your free time, haha (as a freelancer, I DO know how to fill up your free time!!! Not just a day or two, but in a long term run!).

Just don't play poker 24/7.
