I think we newcomers can use your help. Yesterday, my shop was attacked, and one of my own employees was assaulted by a group of five men who probably would have killed us if I didn't stop them. And as I'm sure you're well aware, there are has been a lot of us being killed brutally. If you get a chance, I hope you can check the pretty brunette's post on the network that she made about teaching some newcomers self-defense as well as creating some kind of a rescue system and watch my responses to her.

I can't think of a better person to lead an effort to try and garner support from politicians and social leaders to denounce what's been happening, than you.

I don't like having to do this, but the damages to my shop were extensive... I was wondering if there is some way I might be able to borrow some money from the fund.

Naturally you may. I fear the fund is still too small to cover any truly extensive repairs, so I cannot promise that everything would be covered, but certainly enough for at least a portion.

[A slight pause.]

In any case. I'll see what can be done. As a junior attorney, I'm scarcely in a superior position to earn their endorsement than anyone else, but at the very least I know the laws and I can argue from that standpoint.

Ah -- I contacted the president of AGI, as my business was AGI-funded. Hopefully I might be able to garner some support from AGI to denounce the crimes that have been going on. But if you might be able to help from your end, I think every little bit counts at this moment.

I don't know if you'll even care to read this, but in case you do, I wanted to let you know the following.

I am sorry. I tend to forget that people deal differently with their past and any loss that may had to be endured at one point or another. Not like I do. Not by opening up their heart to as many people as possible in order to fill that emptiness inside, and inevitably, well, get hurt. But.

Ever since you told me about your childhood and what happened to your father I wanted to be there for you, even if your experiences shaped you into a different kind of man than me, without really expecting anything in turn, and that won't change. You don't need to tell me anything. You don't need to be grateful. I just want you to know.

Forgive me. Call me if you need anything.
