This was lovely, sensitive and honest and yet you injected some Winchester humour in there too.

I loved the ending and for a moment and I wondered whether John was going to go for Warrior style too!

Lol, you know, maybe an hour or two after I posted this I went "Damn! I should have got John in on the Warrior style too!" That would have been cool, but I picture him still hunting during all of this and maybe he doesn't think he'll make a believable FBI agent if he has a mohawk haha

Jumping in here - this just gave me this wonderful picture in my head of John posing as an FBI agent with a mohawk and people asking questions and him having to awkwardly explain what's going on... hell, it might even work in his favour when he's interviewing witnesses. Sympathy vote and all that!
