200g butter or marg
350g dark brown sugar
850g mixed fruit
400ml water
2 level tsp bicarb
5 heaped tsp mixed spice

4 eggs
400g plain wholemeal flour
4 level tsps baking pwdr

2 loaf tins

Preheat oven to gas 4 / 180OC

Ooh, yes please. PB's around too on Tues and Thurs, D on Fris and it's just me and LB on Mons and Weds. So take your pick depending on who you want to see! (Although greatest benefit to me is probably Tues or Thurs to break up the long long days)
