Here's the deal: two weekends of minimal beer and a fair amount of anaerobic exercise have left me with a problem--5 extra lbs. An optimistic gent might say that it's all muscle from the exercise and water-weight from rehydrating, however all the LaBambas I've been eating is hinting otherwise
