Here's the deal: two weekends of minimal beer and a fair amount of anaerobic exercise have left me with a problem--5 extra lbs. An optimistic gent might say that it's all muscle from the exercise and water-weight from rehydrating, however all the LaBambas I've been eating is hinting otherwise ( Read more... )

I've only done the boxing. the Thai boxing is the same only requires a kick or knee at the end of all the combination's, which seems silly. I'm unable to do the sprawl in my bedroom without everything falling off shelves and such. plus the boxing itself is a damn fine workout.
