I think (hope) cravings like that are just a normal part of pms for some of us. I'm at that stage now myself and even made a huge effing pan of Guinness stew thinking it would help. No. Just got done with a huge lunch which even included half of a baguette, and I'm ready to eat again. I definitely feel for you :-/

I had bloodwork done back in October, and the only nutrient deficiency (or whatever you might call it) was verrry low vitamin D, but I noticed no increased ambiguous cravings in the periods between then and now. I did start taking my vitamins more regularly this past month--vitamin D, B-complex, and cal-mag--along with titrating up to the full 200mg dose of lamotrigine, which I was recently prescribed. So either it's somehow related to that, or it's just a normal fluctuation in, uh, whatever makes periods different from one cycle to the next.

I added a few veggies, but that's pretty much what I made. Soup sucks to make because of all of the cutting and peeling, but it's really good when I have PMS hunger/cravings because I can make tons and have food for 3-4 days.
