I've wondered about cloth pads - how do you go about changing/cleaning when out in public?

Yeah, I got one of the new Infinity Always pads in the mail and cracked up at the advertising.

Anyhow, I don't use disposable pads, I use cloth.

The disposable pads tend to have a superabsorbent gel in them, the same thing used in diapers. I can't remember what it's called, something like sodium polyvinylacrylate. They can be very thin and absorb a lot, though I find that my menstrual fluid isn't always as easily absorbed as, say, urine.

I use Kotex Long Supers for the heavy days and nights, and the regular size for not so heavy days (towards the end). I've used them for probably about 5 years now.
