I had already trimmed the stem almost totally off and using the cup when fully in it's almost sticking out when I sit down

Google for lower abdominal muscle exercises. Do squats for your butt muscles. And kegel, kegel, kegel. (They're all related.) There is a section on pelvic floor strength at the tail end of https://kuradi8.livejournal.com/ Tools and toys (whether you kegel alone or with a partner) are available online, even Amazon.
Your large Fleur has a very good reputation for being a "Mommy cup." It's soft, blunt and high capacity with a comfy stem. Get your insides back into shape to use it.
