There are many size and capacity charts online. Compare other brands to the cup that you already have. The small Lunette has a surprisingly high capacity for "such a small" cup.

Also consider shape. Pointy or blunt, flared rim or not, etc. The large Fleurcup and those with similar dimensions and shape get good reviews for high capacity and for fit. Would they fit you too? We're all different so only you can make that determination.

These charts are a bit out of date but the guidelines and link to Common Questions are still valid. http://sizecharts.livejournal.com/

see the highest capacity chart http://menstrual-cups.livejournal.com/3607753.html
it's more about whether you can handle a longer cup. pretty much everyone is able to use a wide one (generally the "large" size).
lunette 2 may not be a good choice because it's much stiffer than the small.

Yes, the large Lunette is a stiffer bodied cup than others, but that doesn't make it uncomfortable. I love mine. I think its stiffness helps it pop open easily and seal securely.

That "8 hours" (some say 12) is the recommended maximum amount of time that you should leave it unattended. It doesn't mean it will hold 8 or 12 hours of flow. You could empty it every 4-6 hours (or more often if necessary) to be sure that it doesn't overflow, especially on heavy days. Skim/Read http://kuradi8.livejournal.com/ and pay attention to the paragraphs about "dangly" cervixes that reduce capacity.

Since you're a new user, get more familiar with the cup that you already have. Then, if you still want another, compare the dimensions and capacities and shapes of cups that interest you to the one that you already have. Choose something different so you don't accidentally get a nearly-identical cup. (Why get another just like it?)
