You might need a higher capacity cup. Skim/Read http://sizecharts.livejournal.com/ and then compare your cup to other brands and sizes using the chart that it links to, or any of the (many) others found online.
The good thing about cups is that many of them have little measuring lines on the side. Since you might have endo, keep track of how much is in your cup each time you empty it and then tally it up at the end of each day. That's really good quantitative information to give your doctor instead of just guessing at how full a pad or tampon might have been.
