3 cycles with fleur cup! I have a few questions

Hi all! I posted here once before and talked about my experience with my first period after having a baby. I've had two more cycles since posting. The first one, I didn't get the hang of using my large fleur cup until my period was ending. I didn't get another period for 2 months. I had never been so dissapointed to skip a period

I took one of my narrow interdental brushes to clean out the holes in my cups. They're soft so you don't damage your teeth, so they won't rip the holes.

Since a cup doesn't dry you out like a tampon does, you can use it for spotting, if you like. I do.

I'm still sort of new-ish to cups (4 cycles now), but for me, it seems like I can't feel when I need to change the cup. I just go by the clock, which works pretty well now that I've had a couple of cycles to observe my flow.

An overnight soak in hydrogen peroxide should take care of the staining.
