For the endometriosis, has your doc talked about the Mirena IUD or are you not a candidate for it due to the fibroids being in the way? Or maybe ablation if you are not planning on having kids?
Since I'm assuming the cups you got were cheaper Chinese cups (which can still be great for many people!), they are probably VERY soft so you will want to try some of the more complex folds shown here https://menstrualcupforteens.wordpress.com/folds-and-insertion/
I have to have extremely soft cups due to a finicky bladder and possibly a fibroid of my own that throws my cervix off center, and I also need the large size cups for capacity reasons (I teach music lessons and often have several hours in a row with NO breaks), so I'm really experienced in getting them to pop open. I'm childless and pretty toned up there I think, so you CAN wear larges even without kids :) and I'd actually recommend them for you due to the clot factor.
Thanks, i tried the first fold. it seemed the easiest router and my cups did come from China. Last night was perfect... I slept like a baby and when I woke up the cup was only half full. during 11pm and 445am. Not bad at all. Usually I wake up 4 times per night to go. I want to have kids as soon as I lose some of this weight to get my PCOS under control. IUD was offered to me but I declided after seeing how it messed my sister up after she took hers out. I currently have not given birth to any kids, but because of those BC i did choose to get the large. At first it was weird feeling but i guess im used to it now. Im thinking about cutting off the stem but I struggled this morning trying to get the thing out. After I relaxed a bit I was able to pull it out. After work I'll see how it goes again. I wore a pad just incase. I saw a youtube video of a way to check if the cup had any folds in it but was unsuccessful. I would hate to have any leakage while at work. I've checked on it just to make sure so all is well for now.
Nice! Sounds like you're getting the hang of it. And some of those Chinese cups are really nice--most of the complaints I see on Amazon are from people who just aren't used to the additional "fiddle factor" of a soft cup. (I'd rather have that than actual pain and an inability to pee like firm cups give me LOL)
Lol i didnt even know they had hard ones... Well these will def do for now... For the price && shipping... I spent a total of $2 each one... Got 10... Great deal
Your run down on your back story could have been written by me with some minor differences... Kind of crazy how similar it was. I ended up splurging on a Lena but I only got one, not 10 lol
