Still need help and suggestions!

I have been a cup user for about three years now, and I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!! Even with the issues, haha. I posted before about having a Ladycup (L) and not loving it 100%. Basically, it was very very slightly leaky, and very "poky" (even with no stem left). I was experiencing some bladder/bowel pressure that was not entirely pleaseant, either. ( Read more... )

I use a large, filed-down Fleurcup too, and for me the best fold is the labia fold. Here's how I do it.

If the ridges on the fleur irritate you can turn it inside out and it will be completely smooth.

I use punch down with my fleur (punch down towards the front) and pop it open when it's almost in. If u slide a finger against the soft back wall you should be able to inflate cup and pop it open with your thumb.

I second the labia fold. For me, it is by far the best fold for the Fleur and other similarly shaped cups I've tried (Yuuki and Si-bell).

Like everyone has said, the labia fold is my go-to for any cup that doesn't have an extra flange (raised area) under the rim. Even for the cups I have that kind of do have a flange, like my Rainbow and iCare, I can do enough of a labia fold that it works--if not, I use a half diamond fold. But firm and rimmy cups will not really go into the labia fold for you.
