Hi everyone! As with the last post, this is one post that will be used to make a general advice FAQ for new users (or for people that are just looking for quick information.)

The question: how do I get this cup out?

I know most of the answers will be about how to remove a stuck cup, but I don't have any first hand experience with that as I started using cups after a baby and don't have much trouble reaching any of my cups. But I still had to learn how to remove and reinsert my cup in a variety of situations so I'll put my two cents in here as well in case it helps someone else
