Head on over to the Community FAQ where you will find several size and capacity charts to compare your Lunette to other brands. :o)

Thanks. I did try to look at the charts, but did not find a clear answer. Assuming that the listed length does not include any tab, it looked like the Meluna medium was the only potential cup that was no longer than the small Lunette but was wider. But then when I looked at the Meluna website, it seems there are many different shapes and sizes of the Meluna medium. So I was hoping for some personal feedback from people who might have a particular cup to recommend--or even someone telling me that a wider cup won't fix my problem.

The chart might help with choosing if you want a meluna. http://www.femininewear.co.uk/meluna-classic-menstrual-cup---clear-20-p.asp It shows the length of the cup alone and the length of each different stem option. I also have a very low cervix but discovered I can wear a L ball stem or XL stemless (basic) Meluna because my cervix sits in it instead of above it.

I have a large Fleurcup and I loved it. (Am pregnant right now with #2, so not using it atm.) Its size is similar to the Lunette shown on the community info page, but the diameter is a big larger. It's a very soft, flexible cup. I started with a Diva sz 2 and liked it okay, but it was always kind of long for me, even with the stem completely removed. I tried a Ladycup and I HATED it. It was very stiff.

The large Fleur is very popular among the postpartum crowd. Unless you have a super low cervix and light flow, the shortest wide cup, the Meluna mini medium, probably isn't necessary. Also, I find that larger diameter cups sit a little higher than smaller cups because the tip of the cervix fits inside. The body of the large Fleur really isn't much longer than the small Lunette. Photo comparisons here might be helpful: http://menstrualcups.friendhood.net/f52-moderator-s-photo-library . (There's a pic of a small Lunette next to a large Fleur about halfway down the Lunette photo page.)

Regarding the Meluna Medium: it's actually just one size, the large number of differences is from colour, stem and stiffness. Maybe you got confused between the actual Meluna Medium and the Mini Medium? Because those two _are_ different in size.
