Whatever you do, do it inside a circle of red tape. There is a boy here, Link, who seems to have music that settles souls. Try playing his song, or finding him to play it for you.

Do whatever you do just before dawn, demons are partial to darkness and impartial to light. Dawn can drive them off.

This is all speculation, of course.
